A recent study shows that nearly 9 out of 10 consumers have read online reviews to work out the quality of a local business. 39% do so on a regular basis the same study reveals. According to the study, over the last four years, the trend seems to be that people read reviews on a regular basis. This should be clear enough reason for the need for every local business to attract more reviews. But, not only that, actively manage their online reputation.
